Viega "Cold Press" Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: This campaign is promoted by Viega Ltd, Palmerston House, 814 Brighton Road, Purley, Surrey, CR8 2BR
  2. Offer: Eligible participants will receive one (1) 6-pack of "Viega Beer" upon booking and attending a confirmed meeting with a Viega sales representative, subject to these terms and conditions. If the participant opts out of receiving beer, an alternative gift of similar value will be provided at Viega's discretion.
  3. Eligibility:
    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking the meeting.
    • The offer is strictly limited to residents of the United Kingdom.
    • Participants must be employed by a company relevant to Viega's business and considered a potential customer by Viega.
    • This offer is not open to employees of Viega or their immediate families.
  4. How to Participate: To qualify for the offer, participants must scan the QR code provided on the direct mailer and successfully book a meeting with a Viega sales representative via the designated online form.
  5. Meeting Requirement: The booked meeting must be confirmed by a Viega sales representative and subsequently attended by the participant. Failure to attend a confirmed meeting may result in disqualification from receiving the offer.
  6. Offer Limit: The offer is limited to one (1) 6-pack of "Viega Beer" (or alternative gift) per company/customer, regardless of how many individuals from that company participate or book meetings.
  7. Limited Time Offer: This campaign is a limited-time offer. The closing date for booking meetings under this offer will be communicated on the landing page or mailer, or Viega reserves the right to end the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  8. Offer Withdrawal: Viega reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer, or these terms and conditions, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  9. Delivery: The 6-pack of "Viega Beer" (or alternative gift) will be dispatched to the confirmed company address provided during the booking process, following the successful attendance of the meeting. 
  10. Non-transferable: The offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  11. Data Protection: Any personal data collected during this campaign will be processed in accordance with Viega's Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will be used for the purposes of administering this campaign, arranging your meeting, and for marketing communications if you have opted in.
  12. Abuse of Offer: Viega reserves the right to refuse the offer to any participant who is deemed to be abusing the spirit of the campaign or acting in bad faith.
  13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
