VIEGA PUTS ITS STAMP OF LUXURY ON NEWLY DEVELOPED ISLE OF MAN HOMES

Viega has provided its pre-wall frames and flushplates to a number of Hartford Homes’residential developments on the Isle of Man. Selected for its German quality and modern look, Viega worked with bathroom and spa consultants Utopia Projects to deliver desirable bathroom solutions for each property.

Isle of Man based developer Hartford Homes specialises in high quality properties across the island including contemporary apartments, terrace cottages, large detached homes and luxury developments. Hartford Homes’ unwavering high standards are reflected in the careful consideration of each part of the design, including the bathrooms. As part of a long term partnership, Utopia Projects worked closely with the developer on the bathroom specifications for all the properties.

Hartford Homes’ approach to the bathroom design is to use concealed, wall hung WC products to maximise the available space and achieve the desired clean, high end appearance. Since switching to Viega products three years ago, the developer has paired the slimline Viega Eco Plus WC unit with the Visign for Style 10 flush plate in a chrome finish on a number of developments.

Visign for Style 10 delivers a modern, clean aesthetic with two easy to operate actuator zones for the full and short flush options. The Viega Eco Plus frame unit has an installed depth of just 200mm and has been designed to make installation and maintenance simple.

Hartford Homes’ Head Architect Paul Brew said: “The bathroom is such as a key part of both a homeowners first impression and lasting experience of the property so the correct specification is crucial. We have been impressed with the Viega systems since Utopia Projects first introduced them.”

Howard Jones, Director at Utopia Projects said: “We are proud of our strong relationships with both Hartford Homes and Viega. These have been fantastic projects to be a part of and ones which have given us a great deal of satisfaction.”
